The Co-Fit jump rope features a long cotton rope and wooden handles for a nice easy grip and smooth jump roping. The rope is made of heavy weight cotton; so it is made to last and outlast other jump ropes, on whatever surface you use it on. The wooden handles feature connectors that keep the rope on track when doing serious jump rope workouts.
